This tutorial will be based on ninzarenko bar types. Once you install free NinzaRenko, or from the link below, make sure you unpack it first.
Open NinjaTrader
Cick New -> Chart -> select MNQ -> select type -> select NinzaRenko
Then select brick size 20 and treshold 10
Now enable chart trader from top menu
Make sure your ATM strategy looks like this
Download, install and add BounceTrader indicator
